Dragging multiple files
« on: March 19, 2011, 05:56:53 PM »
I have checked all the messages here, and haven't seen mention of this. I installed Teleport 1.0.2 (and then later 1.0.1 just to make sure it wasn't a revision issue), and I am unable to drag multiple files from one Mac to another, where all of the files are copied to the destination. In other words, if I select, say 4 files, and then drag them to the destination, it will only copy the first file. The rest are ignored.

Is Teleport restricted to copying just one file or folder at a time? If so, then I have my answer. If not, your assistance would be appreciated. Thanks.

I'm pretty sure you can't - only one at a time. Why not make an archive of them and then you can do it? Also 512M is the max.

The way the readme.pdf is worded it implies that only one at a time can be copied (it always uses the singular form "file" in the description, but the bold title has "files". So at the very least maybe Jul should clear up the readme.pdf file.

You can make a enhancement request.
