Synchronize screen saver, display sleep, and locked screen

I just started using Teleport.  First off, Kudos... functionality and polish are impressive.

I have an iMac with a side screen, plus a Mac Mini G4, both running Leopard.  I want to use the Mini to constantly run a status application/control panel for my business.  The app will run constantly and require infrequent input, but will need to be visible any time I am at my desk.

I have a hot corner of my iMac set to sleep the display, and have it set up to require a password to wake up.  Others might choose a screen saver.  At the moment, I have to set the slave computer's display to never sleep, then manually turn off the monitor when I leave my desk.  If I forget, the display stays on until I return.  Because of the physical location of my desk and the information I'd like present on the slave display, it's desirable that my screens go black when I'm not present to avoid drawing attention to them.

I'd really like it if Teleport could sleep the slave display (or at least blank it out) and even better, lock it when my master display is sleeping/locked.  It could be fake... i.e. putting up a black panel covering the contents and locking out the keyboard/mouse until the master is unlocked rather than actually sleeping the display or running the screen saver.

The benefit here is that I can just push the pointer to my hotspot to get up and do something away from my desk, and if I forget to sleep the display on the master, the timer will do it for me, and the slave will go blank as well.

I use my Mac's for Unix/Linux administration, and I'm frequently logged into various hosts all day long. As such, I have to lock my screens when I leave my desk as a security measure.

Currently, I have a G5 desktop with 2 screens as my main and a powerbook as the slave. I have hot corners set up on the main to lock the screen, but I have to manually lock the screen on the slave. Not a big deal, maybe 5 seconds extra work, but hey - I'm an admin, I'm lazy .

Great product, btw! Much better than the others.

I use a G3 iMac (really!) running some network monitoring software under Panther 10.3.9, and a mac mini running 10.4.11. I control the iMac with the mini using teleport, and am very happy with it.

However, when I leave my desk, another app I run on the mini, detects my cell phone is off-proximity, and starts the screen saver on the mini. Still, I have to start the screen saver on the iMac manually. I'd LOVE to have the iMac start its screen saver when the mini does so. Is there any way to do this with Teleport? Thank you a lot in advance!

Fourthing this request.  Same situation, I need the screens to lock when I leave the desk and I can't work that out currently.

Im requesting this feature too.  My use case is that I don't want the secondary computer to turn it's screen saver on when I'm actively using the primary computer.

I would like Teleport to prevent the secondary computer from locking its display. Because when that happens, it's impossible to move the mouse back on the primary screen without entering the password on the second computer, which is quite annoying.

I too signed up for the purpose of requesting this feature. I am using Teleport to control my Macbook Air from my Mac Pro, and I would like the screensaver and monitor sleep states to be synced.  My Air will go to sleep or the screen will dim while I work on the Mac Pro, unless I use an app like "Caffeine" to keep it awake.

Any updates on this feature?
