Boot Up Issue and Double Mouse
« on: April 04, 2012, 09:14:11 PM »
Hey everyone,

Every time I boot up my computer I have to go into preferences and deactivate and reactivate teleport in order for it to work.  Also I sometimes get a double mouse effect.  What I mean by this is I'll mouse over to my other computer and I still have a mouse on the first (main) computer that is mirroring what I do on the second computer.  This can be very confusing and has caused some errors/crashes.

Does anyone have any suggestions?  I am running the most recent version of software on both computers and they are both running OS X 10.6.8

i get the double mouse thing sometimes too. can't seem to get rid of it - it comes and goes. usually not a problem though because clicks only happen on one machine.

I sometimes have to reset teleport - just quit teleport on both machines, trash ~/Library/Preferences/com.abyssoft.teleport.plist on both machines, then start teleport again and re-configure. Seems to fix problems usually.
