I was searching the forum for 'Lion' and got an SQL Error

Does anyone know if Teleport 1.02 will work on Lion?

I still think Apple should buy this off Jul, bundle it in the OS and pay him a royalty.

is there a beta or other prerelease to try with lion?  i have become so dependent on teleport, that i dont even HAVE a keyboard or mouse for my other computer. HA!  just trying to figure out if i should wait it out, or head down to Radio Shack.

How do you login to your Mac without a keyboard/mouse? teleport only runs after logging in. I wish there were a way to have it start before logging in -  have you figured out a way to do that?

I share the sentiments of Steve in this post and probably many others. Teleport is an awesome program and Julien should be rewarded for his efforts. Julien can you put a link to donate via paypal or something prominently on your download page. You can count me in for a couple bucks and if everyone does the same, you might get what you deserve.

As far as the Lion update goes, you need to share the new gesture events across to the other client and if you can work out how to wake the other screen that would also be very handy. Good luck and look forward to the update (and a link to a donation page

just a couple of suggestions, here is the way I handled it on 2 of my computers.

Easiest solution on our shared MacBook Pro I use screen sharing from my iMac to login to the relevant user on the MacBook Pro. The 2nd solution is the one I use everyday to use my 2 iMacs, Which is automatic login and require password two-way computer from sleep then I have a program called *"SleepDisplay" that is in the login items which runs when the user logs in.

*SleepDisplay, There is several applications with this name that do the same thing from different developers for different versions of Mac OS X. A Quick Google Search should be able to find the relevant version for your current version of Mac OS X.

I'd also love the ability for teleport to be running before a user has logged in but I'm 90% sure this is physically impossible.
