I just posted on a thread about not being able to drag files from one computer to another. This is probably since Lion. Then I spent a few minutes perusing some other threads and subjects. Not once did I see TELEPORT TECH post any replies at all. I'd make a donation, but not if we're "on our own".

I have been having the same problem, but all i'm seeing on this forum is the complaints. Where are the developers with some help? Is this forum ONLY for the end users to discuss among themselves or should the company get behind the product and actually read these posts???
