Description

    PatchIt too is a simple utility to replicate the effects of a patch to a new version of the software.
   

This is the main window of PatchIt too.

Click on Open and PatchIt too will ask you to open the old, patched and finally new version of the software you want to patch. Then it will try to understand what the patch does, and then apply it to the new version of your software.

You should note that it doesn't work 100% of the time...
